The whole villa, just for you
Villa Katerina Deluxe is a detached stone-and-timber house inside Pirin Golf & Country Club. You rent the entire villa — the house, garden, veranda and sauna are all yours.
The villa has a total area of 307 m² and its own 800 m² garden with a well-kept lawn. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate toilet, a kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room, and a covered veranda with a barbecue. Two of the bedrooms also have walk-in dressing rooms. There is a private garage, and free parking is available in front of the villa.
The villa enjoys a quiet position away from the resort's main road, while remaining close to its centre. There is a large meadow for children to play in on one side, while the forest begins on the other.
The heart of the house is the spacious living room, with its high ceiling, exposed timber beams and central bioethanol fireplace on a round stone hearth. Next to it are the dining area and kitchen with a breakfast bar. The rooms feature solid wood furniture and timber-clad walls and ceilings.
After a day in the mountains
A private Finnish sauna
The villa has its own Finnish sauna, with timber lining, two tiers of benches and a shower area immediately beside it. The sauna is reserved for the villa's guests and included in the price — a wonderful way to unwind after a day on the slopes or a walk in the mountains.

Frequently asked questions
How many guests does the villa sleep?
Up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms each have a double bed and a single bed, while the third has a double bed. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. We can also provide up to two cots for children under three when requested in advance.
Do you rent the whole villa or individual rooms?
We only rent the villa as a whole. The house, garden, veranda and sauna are entirely yours.
Is there a sauna, and is it included?
Yes. The villa has its own Finnish sauna with a shower area. Use of the sauna is included in the price and reserved for the villa's guests.
How far is the Bansko ski area?
The Bansko gondola is about 13 km away, roughly 20 minutes by car. The resort offers ski and snowboard equipment for hire, as well as equipment storage.
Is there parking?
Yes. The villa has its own garage, and parking on the street outside is free.
What is there inside the resort?

Yes — the layout works very well for two families. There are three separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a spacious shared living and dining area, and a large meadow beside the villa where children can play.
